Most entry-level electrical safety testers cover AC Withstand testing and nothing else. When compliance requirements change, or when a new product line introduces DC or insulation resistance testing requirements, you would need to purchase additional instruments and train operators on additional equipment. The EEC-31 eliminates that problem.
The EEC-31 is a 3-in-1 hipot tester that performs AC Withstand (3 kV), DC Withstand (4 kV), and Insulation Resistance testing (up to 4 kV / 200 GΩ). It does not include Ground Bond testing. For applications requiring Ground Bond, see the EEC-41.
The EEC-31 includes a 1-year warranty supported through EEC Huayi’s authorized APAC distribution network. Professional calibration services are available through regional service centers in Taiwan and Malaysia.
