    01Do I need to contact support before sending my unit in?

    Yes. Please contact our service team first. An engineer will review your request and troubleshoot with you to confirm whether the unit needs to be returned. If a return is required, an RMA form and instructions will be provided by email.
    In some cases, yes. However, even if the unit is shipped directly, our engineer will still contact you after receipt to confirm the issue and repair details before proceeding.
    Once a malfunction is confirmed during troubleshooting, a flat-rate repair cost is communicated to you before the unit is shipped. Repair work only begins after your approval.
    No. There is no inspection-only or diagnostic fee. Repairs are handled under the flat-rate repair structure once a malfunction is confirmed.
